‘Tis the season for holiday markets in Hamilton, and a market taking over Hess Village promises to be one of the biggest and best.
The Hess Village Winter Market takes place on Hess Street and George Street beginning Saturday, November 23rd and lasting for two consecutive weekends.
The festival market will feature an array of local vendors and small businesses offering handmade and vintage wares plus holiday décor, installations, photo ops, music, market specials for restaurants and shops in Hess Village, and much more.
Admission to the Hess Village Winter Market is free, and locals can pop by on Saturday, November 23rd and Sunday, November 24th or the following weekend on Saturday, November 30th and Sunday, December 1st from 11 am to 7 pm each day.
Additionally, visitors who want the full Winter Market experience can purchase a Winter Passport for $100, which grants access to 12 items from Hess businesses from now until February 28 including a specialty coffee and cookie from Selo Café, goat cheese spring rolls or a winter cocktail at Radius, a lip balm and $25 gift card from DDG Med Spa, a birria taco at Amigos, a Margherita pizza at Pizzeria Bros, and much more.
In its inaugural year, this new holiday market is sure to become a hit with locals that highlights one of Hamilton’s most underrated neighbourhoods!
