A new restaurant & wine bar is opening in Burlington and it looks stunning

Local foodies are going to have a new Burlington-based restaurant and wine bar to fall in love with very soon.

Buvette – sporting a gorgeous and ambient interior, complete with a massive solarium – is getting ready to open its doors at 417 Elizabeth Street in the Village Square in Downtown Burlington.

The restaurant promises a thoughtful menu of fine dining fare, paired with a curated array of wines and spirits that will feature something for any palate and preference.

Though a full line of dishes remains to be revealed, Buvette has teased some selections on social media including branzino, bone-in veal parmigiana with burrata, and indulgences like oysters and caviar.

Buvette feels poised to become a popular spot for special occasions upon its opening; and though a firm launch date is still to be announced, anticipation is already climbing for this forthcoming addition to the Hamilton-Burlington area’s dining scene.
