A new spot for authentic Thai food has opened in Hamilton

Food lovers, take notice: Hamilton just got a brand new spot for authentic Thai cuisine, and it looks absolutely delicious.
May’s Thai Kitchen is one of the city’s latest foodie additions, making authentic and flavourful takes on a whole host of traditional Thai dishes, from curries to salads to noodle bowls and beyond.
The small-but-mighty menu is pretty dang drool-worthy, with options including red and green curries, Pad Woon Sen, Khao Pad, and a Pad Thai that looks just to die for; all available with a choice of protein including tofu, chicken, or shrimp.
Sides like jasmine rice, mango salad, and spring rolls round out the menu alongside some dessert offerings like Thai coconut jelly and crispy lotus blossom cookies.
May’s Thai Kitchen is not a full restaurant, however. They currently operate out of a ghost kitchen and providing their enticing eats through pre-orders and delivery only, so you can get your fix from the comfort of home.
No word on if there are plans to open a brick & mortar location at any point in the future, but for now, locals can place their orders through the May’s Thai Kitchen website and get their first tastes!
