Adorable new cafe opens its doors in Ancaster

Ancaster now has an adorable new café built inside a renovated house to get their coffee fix. 

Trails Café is soft launching in the lovely Ancaster Village at 286 Wilson Street East, owned and operated by the owners of local cheese boutique Ancaster Cheese & Fine Foods.

The café will be serving handmade coffee, espresso, and tea beverages using beans sourced from Altitude Coffee Roasters in Brantford, Sippy Cup Coffee Roasters in Hamilton, and the city’s own Monarch Tea Co. 

Also on hand will be some tasty café-style bites including baked goods, sandwiches, and other treats served in a quaint, homey setting. 

We can’t wait to check out this new addition to the Ancaster food scene. Go grab a cup and say hi, Hamilton!
