An instant noodle bar has opened in Hamilton

As the winter weather hits Hamilton, a new instant noodle bar that recently opened in the city may be the perfect antidote for that seasonal chill.
Noodsz Instant Noodle Bar is now open at 8 Brucedale Avenue West, serving up a unique menu featuring a variety of instant noodle packets that will be prepared for you to enjoy on site or to take with you.
There’s something for everyone in a selection of over 30 instant noodle packets including meat, cheese, veggie, seafood, and rotating options.
Guests can pick their packet, then choose from veggies like Chinese broccoli, bok choi, kimchi, sweet corn, and enoki mushrooms before adding proteins like hot pot beef, chicken, shrimp, or crispy pork belly.
The bowl can be finished off with garnishes including sliced onions, scallions, bean sprouts, lime, egg, butter, and kewpie mayo.
Hamilton’s first instant noodle bar is already drawing praise from locals and we can’t wait to check it out ourselves!
