A classic Canadian treat will soon be readily available in Hamilton.
BeaverTails, the company behind the legendary eponymous pastry, has been a Canadian staple since 1978, known best for their iconic hand-stretched fried dough resembling a beaver’s tail that can be enjoyed with sweet or savoury toppings.

The popularity is so intense, in fact, that BeaverTails has since expanded into a worldwide brand, with locations across Canada, the United States, France, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates.
That expansion is only continuing, with BeaverTails now eyeing numerous other Canadian locales to open up brick & mortar locations; including right here in Hamilton.
A report from Retail Insider revealed BeaverTails’ plans for 2022 and beyond, with new branding, modern-looking storefront locations, and larger menus.
With a number of locations in the works, the expansion is set to include Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Edmonton, Calgary, Milton, and Montreal.
A firm opening date and precise location for the Hamilton venture has yet to be revealed, but keep your eyes peeled for more news as BeaverTails plans their first entry into the Hammer!
