Delicious spot for freshly baked cookies opens in the Hamilton Farmers’ Market

The Hamilton Farmers’ Market just got a little more delicious with the recent opening of a new bakery specializing in tantalizing cookies. 

Pleasant Cookie Company has freshly opened on the market’s lower level, open each week from Wednesday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm serving up a rotating selection of soft, chewy cookies in a variety of flavours. 

The flavours change on a monthly basis, with the previous month’s including Chocolate Chip & Sea Salt, Double Chocolate, Brown Butter Biscoff, Hot Choccy, Oatmeal Cranberry Orange, and Cowboy Pretzel.

Until recently, Pleasant Cookie Company was selling their small batch treats out of Crown & Press Gallery and Café on Ottawa Street North, with a focus on what they call “deluxe cookies that tap into nostalgic flavours, using high quality ingredients.” 

They’ll surely be a popular addition to the Hamilton Farmers’ Market for anyone who’s in search of a sweet treat!
