A brilliant fireworks display is happening for the Victoria Day long weekend here in Hamilton.
Dundas Driving Park, located at 71 Cross Street in Dundas, will be hosting the free, family-friendly event once again this Sunday, May 19th starting at 4 pm.
Visitors at the driving park can enjoy a variety of activities before the main event including live music, a kids’ fest, an artisan market, food trucks, plus the opportunity to purchase glow sticks to use during the fireworks display.

Then, the fireworks launch is scheduled for after dark at approximately 9:30 pm, celebrating the long weekend in typically showy fashion.
Though there’s no admission cost for the event, the Dundas Rotary Club will be accepting monetary donations at the gate in support of the club’s various community initiatives, including youth programs and food bank contributions.
Those planning to attend are advised to make use of the Dundas municipal parking lots and walk to Dundas Driving Park, as parking onsite will be extremely limited.
