Hamilton coffee shop temporarily closes to move to new location

A popular Hamilton coffee shop and brunch spot just spent its last weekend at its original home. But not to worry: they’ll be moving right across the street.
Cannon Coffee Co. has become known both for its excellent coffee program and its standout menu of made-to-order waffles, served as a loaded brunch platter or even as an indulgent breakfast sandwich.
Though it has been an enduring fixture at 179 Ottawa Street North since it first opened, Cannon Coffee is vacating their original storefront and moving across the street into a brand new space at 180 Ottawa Street North.
While it’s exciting to see Cannon Coffee get some new digs, the trade-off is that the café will remain closed until further notice as they transition to their next home.
The wait to get those delicious waffles and well-crafted lattes once again will be a tough one, but undoubtedly well worth it!
