One of Hamilton’s best independent clothing shops and designer labels is building on their success by opening a second pop-up location at Lime Ridge Mall.
Blackbird Studios, with a popular original location that’s a prominent part of the James North strip, expands their operations with the temporary Lime Ridge storefront, bringing their unique brand of locally-made femme fashion to the Hamilton Mountain.
February is Black History Month. Throughout the month (& beyond), we’re highlighting local black-owned businesses. Please #SupportLocal , especially after they’ve been hit hard by the pandemic.

The Lime Ridge pop-up shop, which opened on August 2nd, will be running until March 2nd of 2022 as it showcases the well-loved designs of Kerry Wade and Lynn Bebee, the veteran talent behind Blackbird Studios since 2008.
Locals will be able to find clothing and accessories that run the gamut from dresses to sweaters, from tees to jackets, handbags, masks, belts, and beyond.
The pop-up shop has already proven to be a hit with Hamiltonians, who’ve been making their way to Lime Ridge Mall to check out all that Blackbird Studios has to offer in their line of thoughtful, strikingly designed, handmade fashion.
Check them out on social media, or browse their clothing selection on their website!
