Hamilton Latino Festival heats up Gage Park this month

Shortly after the annual Festival of Friends wraps up in Hamilton’s Gage Park, another fun festival will be taking over the park with plenty to see and do.
That’s the 2024 Hamilton Latino Festival: a 3-day celebration of the best in Latin culture, community, and cuisine.
Free to attend and now in its 5th iteration, the Hamilton Latino Festival takes place August 16th, 17th, and 18th, bringing plenty of fun activities to beautiful Gage Park including live music, diverse food vendors, dance classes, art exhibits, booths featuring Latin-owned small businesses, and so much more.
Just some of the stacked lineup of talent bringing their wide variety of styles to the festival includes Edgar De León, DJ Alejo, MXJ, Maritza Valdez, Sugar Flow, Samma Mendoça, Luis Franco, Fabiola Diaz, Orquesta C4, Ki La, Free Style Dance, Colombia Entre Las Venas, Bachata Swing, Zerenity Dance, Six Pal Mundo, Yambeque Group, Yerko Calderon, Miky Ruiz, Oveja Negra, Ori Chacōn, DJ Ronald Hess, Sabor Latino Band, and many more.
Then, since dancing to music works up an appetite, grab a bite to eat from an array of food vendors like Toro Grill, Pa’l Antojo, Cachito, Esau Parrilla BBQ, Tropical Food, La Cocina de Doña Tere, John’s Burger, and beyond.
Artisans and small businesses on hand include M-Meraki Handcrafts, The Hair Candy Store, Jeiline’s Fashion Boutique, Dazzling Candles, SomaticMachina, and Tesoros of Ecuador.
If it isn’t abundantly clear from those line-ups, there’s going to be plenty to enjoy for the whole family at the 2024 Hamilton Latino Festival; you may even want to pop by multiple days to take it all in!
