Bardō is opening a new location at 421 Brant Street in downtown Burlington. Formerly known as Bread Bar, the Hamilton-born restaurant is set to open this new location’s doors this April.
The farm-fresh menu, inspired by ‘Good Ingredients Matter,’ features local Ontario products, including those from its own 80-acre farm. Guests can enjoy these quality ingredients in the spacious indoor dining area or on the outdoor patio.
Specially curated for the Burlington menu are items like Roast Chicken and PEI Mussels alongside fan favourites such as the Umami Burger, Quinoa Chickpea Salad, and the fresh stone-baked Bee Sting Pizza. Alongside these fresh entrées, guests can enjoy a selection of local beers, wines, and signature cocktails.
A new addition to the Bardō experience is Bardō to Go, an express counter offering freshly baked bread and pastries, artisanal soups and sandwiches, and curated hot and cold beverages. This convenient option is ideal for those on the go, whether enjoying a meal at home or taking a picnic to the waterfront.
Bardō invites both new and long-time patrons to gather in the heart of downtown Burlington, where they can enjoy the company of new friends and great food.
The restaurant will operate between Sunday to Thursday, 7am – 9pm and Friday to Saturday: 7am – 10pm.
