Hamilton restaurant Radius is planning a second location

Local restaurant-goers are going to be seeing double soon, as Hamilton fine dining spot Radius has announced that they’ve got a second location in the works.

Radius has become a popular fixture of Downtown Hamilton, with its spacious and chic dining room (and massive patio) at James South and Augusta Street attracting patrons to enjoy an expansive food menu paired with selections of wine, craft beer, and cocktails.

Oysters, charcuterie, and shareable small plates accompany a menu of mains like braised short rib, ricotta gnocchi, and dry-aged cuts of steak; all made usually locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible.

The restaurant’s enduring popularity as a nightlife spot has led to Radius getting to work on a second location somewhere else in Hamilton, which the restaurant has indicated will open to the public sometime within the next 12 months!

Details of the location are still to be revealed, but Radius is already on the hunt for an Executive Chef to spearhead the menu at this sister spot, indicating that they plan on crafting a menu that differs from the existing location.
