A hefty heap of snow is expected to hit Hamilton later this week.
A weather advisory from Environment Canada warns that the city could see between 10 to 15 centimetres of snow between Wednesday and Thursday, potentially creating tumultuous travel conditions and low visibility.

Some areas might even receive up to 20 centimetres of snow on the ground through this snowfall, which is expected to begin late Wednesday and continue through to Thursday morning.
Environment Canada advises Hamiltonians to monitor weather alerts and forecasts, and plan accordingly for any commuting or travelling.
Similar weather conditions are also expected to hit areas surrounding Hamilton including St. Catharines, Grimsby, Niagara Falls, and Brantford.
