A restaurant known for casual French cuisine in Hamilton’s Hess Village has announced that they are closing their doors.
Resto Chez Chloe is a refreshing alternative to their Hess Village neighbours like Sizzle and Gown & Gavel. Their casual approach to French dining in a cozy, home-like space offers an experience unlike anything else in the city.
The restaurant was the dream of chef and owner Chloe St Pierre-Grills for over 30 years, which finally became a reality when the restaurant opened in October 2020.
Their beautiful patio has been a recognizable fixture on the Hess Village strip ever since, offering customers an ever-changing menu of seasonal dishes with a focus on sustainably-sourced ingredients from local farms.
The news of their upcoming closure was revealed to the public in an Instagram post last Friday stating that they would remain open for two more weekends, with their last service being a special Valentines Day event on February 14th.
It will be a very intimate event with only 30 spots available, so don’t miss your last chance to visit this special Hamilton restaurant for their final service next Tuesday!
Tickets for Resto Chez Chloe’s “Valentine’s Day Fondue Date” can be purchased on their website.
