New coffee roaster opens its doors in Hamilton

Coffee heads have a new café and roaster in Hamilton to get excited about.
The Hub Coffee Roaster has freshly opened its doors at 191 King Street East in the International Village, where it’s open every day from 7 am to 4 pm.
The cozy and intimate café plays host to a formidable list of espresso drinks and rotating pour-over coffee options, all made using coffee bean varietals from around the world that are expertly roasted in-house.
Expect options like Americanos, lattes, flat whites, cappuccinos, mochas, and pour-over coffee selections from regions like Ethiopia, Honduras, Bolivia, Panama, Costa Rica, Kenya, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and beyond.
Non-coffee lovers can also enjoy drinks like hot chocolate, sencha, and homemade lemonade; plus some house-made baked goods like cookies.
