New Hamilton food truck is serving up stellar smash burgers

Burger connoisseurs have a new Hamilton spot to try out; and it happens to be on wheels!
Galaxy Burger recently launched in Hamilton and has been popping up in various locations including Bayfront Park and Grain & Grit Brewing, serving up tasty takes on the three most important food groups: burgers, fries, and ice cream.
Backed by culinary training from George Brown College and several years in the food industry, this family-owned food truck aims to blend “quality ingredients with innovative flavours” in their compact menu.
The range of smash burgers include the Galaxy Burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, caramelized & crispy onions, and a house truffle mayo; the Saturn with bacon, cheese, chipotle mayo, chipotle BBQ sauce, pickles, and crispy onions; or the Terra with cheese, pickles, caramelized onions, and garlic mayo.
Also on offer are shoestring fries, poutine, and rotating flavours of soft-serve ice cream. They even have a Beyond Meat burger option for the vegetarians, and celiac-friendly gluten-free buns.
