New spot for fried chicken and seafood opens in Hamilton

A mouth-watering new option for fried chicken, seafood, and more comfort eats has opened in Hamilton. 

Kajun Chicken & Seafood is a small GTA-based chain which recently launched its first Hamilton location within Jackson Square, serving up a menu of crispy fried chicken, sandwiches, seafood selections, and sides.

Boneless and bone-in chicken is marinated for 12 hours before frying and served with sides like biscuits, fries, onion rings, macaroni salad, mashed potatoes, and more. 

Fish fillets, tenders, and nuggets see a similar treatment, and a menu of desserts like apple pie, fried cheesecake, churros, and ice cream round things off for a seriously indulgent meal. 

This chain has earned some high marks at its existing locations, and we can’t wait to check out Kajun Chicken & Seafood at their first Hamilton outpost to give them a try!
