Lovers of all things fried will soon have a new spot in Hamilton to sink their teeth into.
Juicy Birds is preparing to open their first Hamilton location at 638 Concession Street on the Hamilton Mountain in the space that most recently held vegan fast food joint Bring Me Some and, before that, Papa Leo’s Restaurant.
The small Canadian chain is building on the success of existing locations in Pickering, Etobicoke, Waterloo, Scarborough, and Greektown in Toronto, serving up their tempting take on the Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich.
Some of the offerings to be expected on their menu include the classic Hot Honey sandwich, the Indian fusion Tandoori x Nash sandwich, fried chicken & waffles, crispy chicken tenders, wings, and much more.
The wait won’t be long to give them a try: Juicy Birds has targeted an April 27th opening date, and we can’t wait to give this new spot a try!
