New spot for nutritious vegan eats opens in Stoney Creek

Lovers of tasty vegan food will love a new café and smoothie bar that recently opened its doors in Stoney Creek. 

Raw Roots is now open at 38 King Street East, serving up delicious and nutritious plant-based dishes including smoothies, smoothie bowls, handmade juices, sandwiches, soups, and more. 

They’ve got mainstay menu options as well as seasonally shifting ones like their fall soups, pumpkin pie smoothie bowls, and beyond.

Raw Roots first opened this brick & mortar Stoney Creek location in August after multiple years of functioning as a food truck and a supplier of grab & go fare at other retailers. 

Everything they offer is vegan and organic with a goal of promoting sustainable food practices.
