New spot for vegan Brazilian street food opens in Hamilton Farmers Market

A unique food stand has freshly opened in the Hamilton Farmers Market serving up hearty Brazilian street eats with a twist. 

SAU Bake is now open in the Hamilton Farmers Market’s lower level at 35 York Blvd, specializing in Brazilian baked goods and street foods that also happen to be 100 per cent vegan.

Visitors can expect a compact menu of both sweet and savoury snacks and treats like jackfruit croquettes, kibbeh, jar cakes, brownies, muffins, and much more; all made with Brazilian ingredients and recipes, and fully plant-based. 

Packaged imported goods round off this new stand’s offerings, which look delicious whether you’re vegan or not!
