New steak and seafood restaurant has opened in Hamilton

Lovers of fine dining have a new spot in Hamilton to indulge in high-end fare like steak, seafood, and more.
Conversate Steak & Seafood recently opened its doors at The Right House in the former home of Club Absinthe at 38 King William Street, right in the heart of restaurant row.
A spacious, modern dining room setting hosts a variety of dishes including starters like scallops, shrimp cocktails, and steak tartar as well as mains like Beef Wellington, Chicken Ballotine, Seafood Tagliatelle, and rack of lamb.
But of course, the main draw here is the steak and seafood, and Conversate’s menu features cuts of steak like beef tenderloin, wagyu, and certified angus ribeye, with seafood selections including lobster tail, king salmon, and ahi tuna.
Wine and cocktails round things off here, making Conversate an intriguing new option for fine dining in Hamilton.
