Popular breakfast chain opens second location in Burlington

A popular Canadian breakfast chain is preparing to crack open its newest location in Burlington this month. 

Pür & Simple will launch soon at 3315 Fairview Street as a second Burlington location, with the first at 1940 Appleby Line where it’s served locals for five years as the first Ontario location of the franchise.

The bright and inviting breakfast and brunch spot is known for what it calls “classic reinvented,” with modern and twisty takes on dishes like Eggs Benedict, breakfast skillets, waffles, omelettes, crepes, tartines, and well beyond. 

This will also mark the third Pür & Simple restaurant in the Hamilton-Burlington area, with another popular location in Ancaster at 737 Golf Links Road. 

This new 3315 Fairview Street eatery will open to the public on Tuesday, June 11th, where it will be open daily from 7 am to 3 pm.
