Rockton World’s Fair is happening in Hamilton this weekend

The autumn tradition of the Rockton World’s Fair is making its return in Hamilton for the 2024 Thanksgiving weekend. 

From Thursday, October 10th to Monday, October 14th, locals can visit the fairgrounds at 812 Old Highway 8 in Rockton for this family-friendly annual event that’s been a local staple since 1852. 

Presented by the Rockton Agricultural Society, visitors can expect plenty to see and do including live entertainment like music, magic shows, puppetry, juggling, pet shows, demolition derbies, and beyond.

There are also animal and livestock exhibitions like alpaca shows, horse shows, goat shows, poultry shows, and much more. 

Tasty food, a midway with rides and games, vendors, arts & crafts, and competitions like talent shows and pie eating contests round things off for a packed long weekend event with plenty to see and do each day.
