Spot for elevated Italian cuisine opens in Hamilton

A long-awaited Italian restaurant in Downtown Hamilton has finally opened its doors. 

Parma is now open at 17 King William Street as part of restaurant row, serving up a menu of quality, elevated dishes with Southern Italian recipes and ingredients. 

The menu features share plates and charcuterie selections alongside salads and fresh pastas like Rigatoni alla Genovese, Risotto al Limone, Bucatini Con le Sarde, and much more.

Hearty main dishes like steaks, grilled European seabream, Ontario lamb, and rabbit fill out the menu alongside Italian desserts like tiramisu and passionfruit semifreddo, making this a spot that local Italian lovers ought to check out for themselves! 

Within Parma is another food venture: a more casual counter-service operation called Piccolo, specializing in lunchtime fare like handmade Italian sandwiches, salads, and Roman pizza.
