A recently opened Hamilton spot for Italian-style parm sandwiches and more is temporarily closed due to a fire.
ParmBros, located at 1064 Barton Street East, first opened its doors in summer 2024 and quickly earned a fanbase for its delicious chicken cutlet sandwiches loaded with toppings like mozzarella, marinara, lettuce, sautéed peppers, vodka sauce, and so much more.
Sadly, this tiny takeaway spot was victim of a fire on Sunday, April 13th around 8 pm. Hamilton Fire was called by a passerby, and thankfully, no one was inside the building at the time.
However, the incident means that ParmBros will be closed indefinitely as they manage the fire’s aftermath.
“The firefighters got there shortly after and did a great job putting the fire out and mitigating the damage,” wrote ParmBros in a post on social media.
“Although it could have been a lot worse, there is still a good amount of damage and we will be closing our doors until further notice.”
ParmBros will share updates on their social media as they work towards reopening their doors.
