An outdoor festival that calls itself the ‘home of Hamilton hip-hop’ is kicking off this weekend.
905 Fest – presented by Freedom of Speech – will be invigorating Woodlands Park in Barton Village this Sunday, August 28th from 11 am to 7 pm, featuring live music, vendors, food, and more.

The day will also feature giveaways and games, including a charity basketball competition on the park’s newly minted Rally Court.
Though 905 Fest is totally free to attend, proceeds and non-perishable food items collected throughout the festival will be donated to Living Rock Ministries in support of at-risk youth in Hamilton.
