Toronto favourite Rosie’s Burgers is opening its first Hamilton location

A popular Toronto spot for simple and delicious smash burgers is preparing to launch their first Hamilton location.

Rosie’s Burgers gained quick popularity when they first opened in 2020 and grew to multiple locations in Toronto, Port Credit, and even out in Calgary.

With further plans to expand, the burger spot will be opening their first Hamilton storefront in 2025 at 590 Concession Street: the space that most recently held Southern comfort food joint The Dirty South, which itself is moving across the street into Townhall Social Eatery.

The motto at Rosie’s is “just the classics” and that’s well reflected on their focused menu of smash burgers including the eponymous Rosie with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and burger sauce; or the Classic with American cheese, diced onions, pickles, and ketchup.

If you’re not in a burger mood, Rosie’s also serves up buttermilk fried chicken sandwiches, popcorn chicken, fries, onion rings, poutines, milkshakes, and a famous banana pudding.

Further details on the first Hamilton location of Rosie’s Burgers are still to come, but locals can follow along on social media for updates!
