Issues include the lack of support for students with special needs, large class sizes and violent incidents occurring in the classroom due to lack of support.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Teachers in Hamilton-Wentworth as well as Peel District will participate in a one-day strike on January 31st, said the union.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">This is the first time in over 20 years that all 4 education unions, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AEFO_ON_CA?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@AEFO_ON_CA<\/a>, ETFO, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/OECTAProv?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@OECTAProv<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/osstf?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@osstf<\/a> have moved into a legal strike position.
