Just in time for the chill of winter, a new spot for well-crafted, comforting ramen favouring locally-sourced ingredients has opened its doors in Hamilton. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menya Kyu<\/a> \u2013 located at 154 James Street South \u2013 is the city\u2019s latest spot for authentic Japanese ramen crafted by Executive Chef Yoshiyuki Aiba, who previously worked on the culinary team at the Ancaster Mill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
