Toronto music and culture magazine Exclaim! is helping to kick off the new year for music lovers with their Class of 2020 concert series starting at The Casbah in Hamilton on Friday.

The concert series is curated by the magazine and features a variety of Canadian musicians that Exclaim! predicts will be big hits in the music scene this year.
Basement Revolver, Capitol, Lisa and Dizzy Spells will all be performing as part of the annual concert series in Hamilton.
Class of 2020 is co-presented by Toronto promoter Dan Burke, Eventbrite and Hamilton’s own Collective Arts Brewery. Some artists performing at the other showcases include Emily Steinwall, Prancer and The Mooks.
The concert will be sharing the venue with the rescheduled book launch for boomDEAD after the original book launch was cancelled due to inclement weather back in December.
Local typographer Frank Lawrence took old-time radio scripts and creatively arranged the text to match the narrative of each script. The book boomDead will be available at the launch at The Lounge of The Casbah.
Exclaim’s Class of 2020 concert series takes place in the Main Hall of The Casbah on Friday, January 3rd at 8:30 pm.
