Hamilton’s Concession Pizza closes with a new pizzeria in its place

A Hamilton favourite for simple and delicious pizza has quietly closed up shop and turned into a different pizzeria with a new name.
Concession Pizza has been cited by many locals as a favourite pizza joint on the Hamilton Mountain, serving up simple and affordable pizza, wings, and more out of their small shop at 576 Concession Street.
However, it appears that the family-owned Concession Pizza recently shuttered with no real public notice and is currently listed as “Temporarily Closed” when searched for on Google.
However, the closure doesn’t appear temporary: passersby on Concession Street will notice that the former Concession Pizza is now called Red Stone Pizza, which is set to open its doors soon.
A website for Red Stone Pizza reveals a menu with customizable pizzas as well as panzerottis, square pies, meatball subs along with sides like fries, garlic bread, poutine, and onion rings.
