A new pho spot has opened its doors in Hamilton

‘Foe?’ ‘Fuh?’
We might not all agree on how to pronounce it, but many of us can agree that pho, that hearty classic Vietnamese soup, is freaking delicious. And lucky for us, Hamilton just got another prime spot for that pho fix.
Pho Asparagus, a new local spot for authentic Vietnamese food as well as offerings from other Asian cuisines, has officially opened its doors on Barton Street.
On top of slinging brimming bowls of pho, Pho Asparagus also sports a varied menu of lunch and dinner options including stir fries, curry dishes, spring rolls, fried chicken, and much, much more.
It’s no secret that Hamilton has no shortage of great pho options, from Pho Dau Bo, to Pho Binh Minh, to Royal Pho and beyond. So how does Pho Asparagus stack up against the city’s existing options, you ask?
Well, if the buzz on social media is worth anything, Pho Asparagus sounds like a heavy-hitting new addition to the scene.
“The pho is truly fantastic, as is the service!” said Instagram user @stecnet in a comment, with multiple other comments of recent patrons citing Pho Asparagus as having the ‘best pho in town’.
