Hamilton’s Supercrawl announces 2023 music lineup

Hamilton’s huge street festival Supercrawl will be back again for 2023, and they’ve just announced their sizeable lineup of music talent.

Taking over James Street North for a few days each fall, Supercrawl has become a massive attraction for those in Hamilton and beyond with its live music, street performances, vendors, food, games, and much more.

This year’s festival will run from September 8th to 10th, and there’s already plenty of talent set to take the stage that’s well worth getting excited for.

Headliners this year include Broken Social Scene, The Flatliners, BADBADNOTGOOD, Raine Maida & Chantal Kreviazuk, Rita Chiarelli & Sweet Loretta, and the Hamilton Superstars.

Also appearing during the festival weekend are The East Pointers, Luella, Goodnight Sunrise, Mauvey, King Park, Boy Golden, Keegan Powell, Shad, Revive the Rose, Basha, Born in the Eighties, Pierre Kwenders, Mattie Leon, New Friends, Sunshine Makers, and many others.

A residency by acclaimed performance artists Corpus Dance Projects will see the company perform their award-winning production La bulle numerous times throughout the festival weekend.

There will also be visual and public art installations by artists such as Ness Lee, David Brooks, Nathan E. Carson, Maria Legault, Jessica J. Rodriguez, Kimber Sider, Katie Huckson & Alicia Hunt, Stephanie Springgay, and the Hamilton Perambulatory Unit.
