Spring temperatures and showers arrive early for Hamilton

Looks like the brutal winter we experienced has made way for an early spring.

Starting this week, Hamilton will see temperatures stabilize above the 0°C mark for the next several weeks, peaking at 14°C this Tuesday!

There is a trade-off, however, and that’s rain. Lots of it. In the most extreme scenario, Hamilton may get 61 mm of rain dumped on us this week alone!

Next weekend we may see some light snow but it’ll likely occur overnight only to be washed away with Sunday’s rainfall.

If we can get through this rainy week, the 14-day forecast is calling for a solid week of sun with temperatures of 3 to 5°C for the week after.

So pack your rain boots Hamilton, we’re in for a wet one!
