A new wine bar is opening soon in Hamilton

If you cheer for charcuterie and can’t resist a glass of full-bodied red, a new bar opening in the Hamilton area is about to make your dreams come true.
The Olive Board Charcuterie Company is currently preparing to open its doors to the wine and cheese-loving masses at a brand new location in Ancaster, joining a small-yet-mighty regional scene that also includes Toast Wine Bar and Meanwhile Winebar.
With an original location in Grimsby, The Olive Board has already seen some sizeable popularity as a local night life spot; success which has undoubtedly played a big role in the decision to branch out with a second location out in Ancaster.
On top of a thoughtfully curated selection of wines, The Olive Board also offers a surprisingly stacked menu featuring themed charcuterie boards made up of artisanal meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and preserves.
Combine that with an additional list of soups, salads, share plates, and fresh flatbreads available, and The Olive Board Charcuterie Company is sure to become one of Ancaster’s favourite new spots for decadent indulgences!
