Collective Arts just dropped three brand new beers

Fans of the proudly Hamiltonian craft brewery Collective Arts have exactly three reasons to get excited this week.

Three brand new beers were released this past week at the beloved North End brewery and tasting room on Burlington Street, and all three offer takes on totally different beer styles sure to please any palate.

Last Wednesday, the brewery dropped Audio/Visual Lager, a traditional-style 4.9% ABV crusher dry-hopped with a refreshing, citrusy kick of Wait-ti hops. This beer is special for being the first of an ongoing collaborative series that showcases and celebrates the intersections of art, music, and beer.

If your palate is craving something more on the adventurous side, Collective Arts has you covered with the dope double release dropped this past weekend.

The first is a Wet Hop Wheat Ale, a style of beer only achievable at peak harvest time for fresh hops each year. This 5% ABV wheat beer puts the aromas and flavours of fresh Ontario-grown Cascade and Chinook hops on vibrantly delicious display.

Not really a hop-head? The second weekend release, a 5.2% ABV Sour with Blackberry, Cherry, Lemon, Lactose, and Vanilla, might be just the thing for you. Collective Arts routinely nails it with their sour game, and this loaded brew is sure to be no exception; intense fruit tartness balanced with some seriously creamy body and milkshake vibes courtesy of the lactose and vanilla.

Drooling yet? Head down to Collective Arts Brewing at 207 Burlington Street East and stock up for a crisp fall weekend ahead!
