Hamilton’s Allure Fitness now offering boot camps and accelerated programs

Are you struggling to keep up with your fitness goals this year? This Hamilton gem is offering more programs than ever to help you get back on track.
Allure Fitness is a unique fitness studio in Westdale Village celebrating 15 years of building confidence and community in Hamilton.
If you have never taken a class at Allure before, you will want to sign up for one of their 101 programs.
101 program options include pole dancing, suspension yoga, and aerial hoops, all of which are completely beginner-friendly and teach you the foundations of each practice.
They are offered in a 6 lesson format once a week or in a 2 hour Acceleration Program for those wishing to condense their learning. It’s a perfect starting spot for everybody!
If you’ve already completed one of their 101 programs, Allure also offers a variety of specialty programs for those looking to advance their skills.
These specialty programs include their Boot Camp for those looking for more traditional training with weights, Ultimate Pole Camp for those looking to level up their strength, flexibility, and endurance, Soul Flow for those who would like to move and dance in pole heels, and Splits in Six for adding length and depth in your stretches.
Whether you already have pole dancing experience or are too busy to commit to a weekly class, Allure Fitness is also offering accelerated programs divided into two intensive two-hour sessions.
Each session begins with a full body warm-up including strength and flexibility conditioning, followed by in-depth lessons and plenty of practice time to perfect your skills.
Allure Fitness is also gearing up for the summer season with workshops such as Partner Yoga, Burlesque, Lapdance, Twerk, and more coming soon.
