A new spot for breakfast and brunch in Hamilton is already pulling in lots of buzz.
A.M. Breakfast Café is now open at 195 Rebecca Street specializing in breakfast bites that bridge the gap between the familiar comfort of diner eats and modern, elevated fare.
With a menu crafted by culinary director Shane Gannon, expect dishes like breakfast plates with thick cut bacon, sausage, eggs to your liking, and butter parsley home fries; fried chicken & waffles; avocado toast; a variety of Eggs Benny creations; and Dutch mini pancakes with citrus whipped cream and maple syrup.
A few tempting sandwiches round things off alongside fresh smoothies and a coffee program with espresso drinks like lattes, cortados, and mochas.
