Lovers of seafood have an enticing new spot to check out in Hamilton.
Well, calling it “new” is only partly true: the restaurant is a relaunch of Koi Restaurant in Hess Village, previously known for its pub-style fare and cocktails.
Now, the restaurant has been dubbed Koi Seafood House and feature a sleek menu that largely leans into appealing takes on favourites like lobster, salmon, octopus, scallops, caviar, mussels, and more.
But even those who don’t love food from underwater won’t be left out: dishes like their double smash burger, spring vegetable linguine, steak, and sausage look just as thoughtfully assembled as the focal seafood fare.
This looks like a fresh reinvention of a longstanding Hess Street fixture and we can’t wait to pop by for our first tastes!
