Hamilton plans for the biggest party in country music history

Back in April, it was announced that Hamilton is hosting this year’s Canadian Country Music Week. With Music Week quickly approaching, the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) has released details regarding the highly anticipated fan village.
In two weeks time, the fan village will open at the Impark Lot across from FirstOntario Centre. Inside the village, country music fans will have access to acoustic performances by up-and-coming artists, meet-and-greets, live DJ performances, daily giveaways and food trucks.
The best part about the fan village? It’s absolutely free.
With such fantastic amenities, the CCMA is betting that their new fan village will be home to the biggest party in country music history.
The fan village will open Friday, September 7 and close Sunday, September 9. The fan village will be the perfect spot for country fans to get hyped up for Sunday night’s award show.
The Canadian Country Music Awards will be broadcast live from inside FirstOntario Centre. The red carpet begins at 6 pm and the award show, hosted by Shania Twain, starts at 8 pm.
