One of Hamilton’s largest street festivals celebrating music, live performance, visual art, and more has announced its full lineup for 2022.
Supercrawl recently announced a killer lineup of music, including headliners like Sarah Harmer, Tim Baker, The Dirty Nil, Lido Pimienta, and Charlote Day Wilson among dozens of other diverse artists and bands.

Now, the festival – which runs from September 9th to 11th along James Street North – has announced even more exciting artists and events, from live theatre to performance art to fashion shows and author talks.
Visual and performance art comes courtesy of artists like Asli Alin, Mary Anne Barkhouse, All Our Relations Collective, Melissa General, and Skawennati.
Theatre and dance performances will be presented by local companies and collectives like Alegria Dance Company, the Society for the Prevention of Spectacle, Monica Plant with Jungle Ling, and Defining Movement Dance.
Fashion showcases of all kinds will share the works of The Dope Chief, Ark Collective, The Eye of Faith, and True Hamiltonian among many others; and a variety of special author talks and readings will be presented by writers like Gary Barwin, Sally Cooper, Charles Angus, Nic Brewer, Jamie Tennant, and more.
In short, it looks like the 2022 iteration of Supercrawl is going to be brimming with an overwhelming amount of events and performances to partake in, so make sure you carve out some time to stop by and take in as much as you can!
