Handmade Hamilton’s annual artisan market will be hosted online this year

If you’re getting a bit of a head start on your holiday shopping and are looking for some one-of-a-kind finds for your favourite people this year, one of Hamilton’s best markets for locally-crafted wares is coming up soon in a newly-imagined virtual format amid the pandemic.
Handmade Hamilton, which normally takes place at the heartbreakingly shuttered Staircase Theatre, typically features dozens of artists and artisans from Hamilton and the surrounding area selling their handmade materials.
Unique items available from a curated selection of local vendors usually include clothing and accessories, pottery, handmade wood products, decorative items, artwork, body products, jewelry, toys, and much more.
This year, in keeping with the health & safety recommendations of the COVID-19 pandemic, Handmade Hamilton will take place in a virtual format, allowing locals to browse and shop online from the 2020 lineup of 15 varied vendors.
From November 16th to 20th, locals can visit the Studio Beulah website to browse this year’s virtual Handmade Hamilton market and find all sorts of one-of-a-kind, locally crafted treasures. Mark your calendars and grab those wallets!
