Liam Hemsworth has been hanging around Hamilton

Hamilton is no stranger to film shoots, or to celebrities falling in love with our city’s unique charms. Now, we can add famous Australian film actor Liam Hemsworth to the list of Hamilton converts.

Star of blockbuster hit films including The Hunger Games series, Hemsworth has been in town shooting a forthcoming television series titled Dodge & Miles, a thriller set to premiere on a new streaming service called Quibi in 2020. Hemsworth is a lead on the series.

The show has been shooting primarily in Toronto, but production moved to Hamilton for a night shoot on Tuesday evening, and Hemsworth shared some love for the Hammer on Instagram by snapping himself in a playful pose right at the familiar corner of King William Street and John Street, right across from Lulu’s Shawarma!
