Loaded potato restaurant opens a location in Hamilton

Loaded potatoes are king at a new food spot that has freshly opened a Hamilton location.
Potato Bar is now open at 267 Upper Centennial Parkway, specializing in potatoes dressed in a creative assortment of toppings inspired by other classic comfort dishes and world cuisines.
With their flagship location in Mississauga, the fast-casual restaurant features loaded smoked potato creations like the Mexican Fiesta with pulled beef, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, chipotle, and scallion; the Mac & Cheese topped with macaroni, mixed cheeses, minced beef, and herbs; or the Greek Freak with chickpea salad, beet salad, roasted peppers, olives, balsamic, and garlic aioli.
For visitors who want to get creative, Potato Bar also has a build-you-own potato option with a choice of protein, toppings, and sauces on a base of smoked potato or hand cut fries.
Loaded tater tots, chicken wings, and some creative desserts that see sweet potato fries loaded with sugary toppings round out a menu that seems to have something for everyone (except, you know, people who hate potatoes. But what kind of person hates potatoes?).
