Mystic Ramen opens its own gorgeous restaurant in Hamilton

A Hamilton favourite for exceptional ramen has opened its own brick & mortar restaurant.

Mystic Ramen left behind its humble digs on the lower level of the Hamilton Farmers’ Market, where locals regularly clamoured for the chance to get their slurp on with an array of signature and customizable ramen bowls.

The popularity has allowed Mystic Ramen, headed by Chef Noah Woods and Heather Elson, to move into their own restaurant at 51 King William Street as part of restaurant row in the space that most recently housed That’s My Jam Sandwiches.

Though the finishing touches are still coming together on the restaurant itself, Mystic Ramen is now open in its gorgeous new location for takeout and some very limited in-person seating.

Locals can expect everything they love about Mystic Ramen’s market stand and more, with ramen options like the Tokyo Shoyu, Curry Miso, and Tori Paitan as well as the option to build your own bowl with choice of protein, broth, tare, and noodles.

When Mystic Ramen’s full restaurant opens in all its glory, it will undoubtedly become a bustling fixture of Downtown Hamilton! Check them out at 51 King William Street for takeout.
