Seasoned Restaurant has opened its doors in Hamilton

Hamilton is getting an influx of new fine dining spots this year, as Seasoned Restaurant has officially opened its doors in the city.

An intimate, fine-casual new bistro on King William Street a few blocks east of Restaurant Row, Seasoned Restaurant recently took over the space previously occupied by Nino’s Ristorante, a no-frills Italian spot that was a particular favourite among regular patrons at Theatre Aquarius right next door.

A decidedly different restaurant from Nino’s, Seasoned is the brainchild of brothers Matt and Will Gaynor, two veterans of the culinary and hospitality industries bringing their combined decades of well-earned experience to a polished menu of French and Italian-inspired bistro bites.

On top of a variety of tantalizing appetizers from duck liver mousse to steak tartare, Seasoned also offers thoughtful list of sizeable mains including duck confit, porchetta tenderloin, oven roasted salmon, and fresh pappardelle.

Seasoned is poised to be a prime hidden gem a little off the beaten path of Restaurant Row, so grab a table soon and get your first taste, Hamilton!

Seasoned Restaurant is open now for dinner service at 162 King William Street. Check out their website for a full menu.
