Sourdough Pizza Co reopens in new pop-up in Hamilton

A unique Hamilton pizza spot is making its tasty return in a new location.
Sourdough Pizza Co. made some noise when they launched a temporary pop-up on Concession Street last year, serving up square pies that are a cross between Detroit and Sicilian-style pizzas.
What makes this spot stand out is the delicious sourdough crust base and the commitment to using quality local ingredients and thoughtfully built signature pies that have earned top marks from local pizza connoisseurs.
The pizzeria has reopened its pop-up within Crumbuns Bakeshop at 566 Concession Street, keeping their operations on the Hamilton Mountain and bringing back all the hits like the Scotty Peppen with Venetian pepperoni, whipped ricotta, and jalapenos; of the Mush Love loaded with white sauce, garlic and thyme roasted mushrooms, and truffle aioli.
It’s been a few months since Sourdough Pizza Co. has served up its delicious pies, and we’re so excited to see them make a return to the Hamilton Mountain!
