Spot for Japanese souffle pancakes opens in Hamilton

A new food spot is opening in Hamilton that makes some of the most delicious-looking pancakes we’ve ever seen.
That’s because Fuwa Fuwa – which sees its grand opening this Saturday, July 8th and Sunday, July 9th at 2 Newton Avenue in Westdale Village – specializes in exceptionally fluffy, Japanese-style souffle pancakes.
Whipped egg whites help give these fluffy, airy pancakes their incredible texture and volume, and they’re available in all sorts of enticing flavours like tiramisu, matcha white chocolate, mango, French toast, and so many others.
Other baked goods like macarons and cookies round off the menu alongside drinks like espresso, lemonades, and sodas, making for a perfectly indulgent new spot in Hamilton’s food scene.
This marks the first Hamilton location for this international franchise, which has locations all across Canada as well as places like China and the United Kingdom.
We can see Fuwa Fuwa becoming a popular fixture for desserts and sweet treats, and we can’t wait to try them out ourselves!
