After a two-year hiatus, one of Hamilton’s favourite festivals for food and fun is making a comeback in 2022.
Sew Hungry is an annual festival of food trucks that typically takes place annually along Ottawa Street North. However, the festival was forced to cancel two years in a row due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Have you heard?! Sew Hungry is returning May 14th from 11am – 8pm. There will be over 20 food trucks, along with an activity zone, beer garden (19+) and live music. And you can't forget about all our restaurants and shops! Bring your appetite. #sewhungry2022 pic.twitter.com/BPj4XQnidl

Thankfully, the street festival has announced its return in May 2022 and is sure to feature dozens of drool-worthy food trucks, with offerings that could range anywhere from Southern-style bites to Italian street food tacos to ice cream and much, much more.
Past years of the festival have also included features like a beer garden, a kids zone, local vendors, and a stage with live performances throughout the day.
An official lineup of food providers is still to come, but May 14th has been flagged as the date for the 2022 iteration. So leave some space in your calendar – and your stomach – and get ready for the delicious return of Sew Hungry!
